Our Story​

All story begins with a life-changing decision made by the founder of Expat Help, Sarah Shen. From 2006 to 2019, Sarah worked for several renowned international companies successively, such as Metro AG and Decathlon. In this process, Sarah was able to get to know many people from all over the world. Within interpersonal communication, Sarah found out that there are many barriers, tangible or intangible, waiting for an expat who wants to relocate to Shanghai, the top megacity in China. She also discovered her strong willingness to help those people by taking advantage of her ability. She made a big decision, that is to establish her own company dedicating to relocation services.
