Expat Help was founded by a group of local Shanghainese in 2020. It is authorized by the Shanghai Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. It is dedicated to offering customized and professional relocation services to expats and foreigners, which primarily include the application for the WOFE registration, Work Permit and Work Residence Permit, and the arrangement of notarization.
